Our Commitment

ILM Realty (theilmrealtor.com), operated by Tabetha Klein through Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

Known Limitations

While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance, some limitations exist that we are actively working to address:

• Third-party MLS search frames (hosted on homescb.com): we do not control the accessibility of the external Coldwell Banker search interface.
• Interactive neighborhood map: the map component may not be fully operable by keyboard only; a text-based alternative list of neighborhoods is provided on the same page.
